The 8020365 principal @8020365 asserts that a minority of causes, inputs, or effort usually lead to a majority of the results, outputs, or rewards.
Everyone should be practicing this on a daily basis. This is why we created the system. This means that, for example, 80 percent of what you achieve in your life comes from 20 percent of the time spent. This means a whopping four-fifths of the effort is largely irrelevant although we all have to live and breath, planning will make all the difference.

How to begin 8020365 Thinking.
It is a fair bet that when 80 percent of time yields 20 percent of results, that 80 percent is undertaken for others. Having a job with security is limiting no doubt and most are stuck in a transient phase. You may not agree with me, however if you are working for someone, you are not the boss. You may have the inner desire to be the boss or even move up to managing and eventually upper management. I do want to encourage you to begin to free yourself by thinking 8020. WHY? The 8020365 way of life shows time and time again that 20 percent who achieve the most either work for themselves or behave as they do.
While it is difficult to make good use of your time when someone else controls it. Even if you do have control of your time, it is difficult because your mind is prisoner to what you have learned thus far, what your thoughts have been up to this point. In most work situations your boss does not want you to move ahead of them, if you do the work situation many times becomes awkward.
Begin to think how would you act, behave and show up if this was your business, even if you are working for a corporation. This is a beginning to becoming an Independent Business Owner and moving your thoughts to a new level. This is 8020365 Thinking.
